Thanks to the presence of our own transshipment base (in the city of Odesa, Ukraine) with a one-time storage up to 10000 mt, we are manage to provide high quality service without delays and control quality of goods on our certificate laboratory.

You can send a representative to control quality during loading of the products to the trucks or containers.

We are interested in long-term cooperation and can supply products on a regular basis.

We transport goods around the world by sea or by truck.

Terms of delivery are subject to negotiation.

The date of delivery shall in every case be dependent upon prompt receipt of all necessary information, final instructions or approvals being obtained from the Customer. Alterations by the Customer in specifications or quantities required may result in delay in delivery and adjustment of the pricing.

The Company will endeavor to comply with reasonable requests by the customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so. Where delivery is postponed otherwise than due to default by the Company the Customer shall pay all costs and expenses including a reasonable charge for storage and transportation occasioned thereby.

The Customer is responsible for arranging all possible import and re-export permissions unless otherwise specified by the contract.

We accept letters of credit and bank transfer.

In case of payment by bank transfer, payment is as follows:

In order to confirm the buyer’s intentions, buyer carries out a prepayment at a rate from 10 to 30 percent of cost (depending on the goods) within three bank days, after granting by the Seller of an invoice on the payment.
The rest of the cost will be made after the loading of goods and delivery by fax or email copies of the documents.
All banking charges, expenses and commissions are to be for Buyer’ account.
The Payments for the Goods may be done by the third Party.
